1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the bh333 platform is conditioned upon full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any use of bh333 services — whether creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, participating in a promotion, or playing any game — constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms in their entirety. These terms apply in addition to any specific bonus terms, game rules or promotional conditions separately published by bh333.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a bh333 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bh333 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Each Member may hold only one (1) bh333 account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all such accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bh333 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director or officer of bh333, nor an immediate family member of any such person. bh333 employees and their families are not permitted to hold player accounts.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bh333 accepts deposits exclusively through the approved payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bh333 does not accept deposits from payment methods other than those officially listed, and will return any such funds where technically possible.

The platform provides every Member with access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from the account settings area: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account pauses from 24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. Members who request self-exclusion will have their account suspended for the period requested. 6. Account Security and Prohibited Conduct

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (username and password). bh333 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an account due to a Member's failure to keep their credentials secure. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bh333 platform:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with bh333 games or the cashier in any way not permitted for human players.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, cheating, technical exploitation or any other unfair method. Any such conduct will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

No content from bh333.club may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, licenced, transferred or sold without the express prior written consent of bh333.

Game content (including game mechanics, RNG outputs, visual assets, audio and name) is the proprietary property of the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi and others — and is used by bh333 under licence. Any reproduction or commercial use of such content without the express authorisation of the relevant studio is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Termination of Account

bh333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bh333 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraud, money laundering, abuse of promotions, or any other conduct prejudicial to the interests of bh333 or other Members. Upon permanent closure of an account due to Member misconduct, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. 11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a Member and bh333 regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms & Conditions, or regarding any game outcome, transaction or account matter, the Member should first contact bh333 customer support at [email protected]. bh333 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions made by bh333 regarding game outcomes and technical matters are final, subject to demonstrable technical error. Records maintained on bh333's servers shall be the authoritative record in the event of any discrepancy.
